and David (DJ) Lathroum were married April 16, 2011. DJ was a founding father of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and a defensive lineman for the SU Football Team. Elizabeth was a member of the SU Women's Rugby team and Vice President of Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honors society. She also worked at the SU Admissions Office for 2 years while earning her Master's in Education at SU.
